We grow a lot of our own food and as I have Bechets Syndrome which causes symptoms like eczema and mouth ulcers if I eat the wrong foods. I’ll be blogging about nutrition, cooking, saving money on you food bill and food as medicine.
Since around 2003 me and my partner Nicholas Turner have been setting up home and recording music. I wrote the music for my album “Little White Feathers” as an outlet for my bereavement, somewhere to release the emotional turmoil brought about when you lose somebody close to you. Nick taught himself sound engineering and built our studios.
We generate all our own electricity and our heat comes from renewable sources like Solar and Biomass. I’ll leave this sort of thing up to Nick to speak about.
